Time: The Figureless Might

Through a journey of dreams,
Comes the figureless beam,
Where to end the theme,
Building a hopeful scheme.

Planning for days & nights,
People yearning for their mighty knights,
Hoping for the sight of mights,
But somewhere dropped the future of brights.

How it fled somewhere,
Reaching out of nowhere,
Endless hours of watching scare,
Unspoken truths of failure dare.

Stuck in thoughts of where I fell,
The lane I changed, that made me yell,
Unstoppable time that I sell,
Took revenge on my bloody cell.

This is my time to get awake,
The time to ensure that I make,
I promise, for God’s sake,
Today I will go to the lake,
Pledge on my precious clock.

Never will I leave you again,
Never will I sell you for a bargain,
Never will I lose you to pain,
Who never, ever, warned me of the pain,
If I lose you from my mind.
